After becoming an official developer, Apple will send a digital certificate, with which, the developer can check their application in real iPhone. It is important to check the app in the iPhone for bugs, even after checking it in a simulator.
If the developer is satisfied with the app, he can now submit it to the App Store for approval. He/she have to zip all the app files and screenshots and upload it. Generally Apple takes two weeks to approve an application. If it is happy with it, the app will appear in the App Store.
A developer can become rich even with a single app. An app called iShoot earned $6,00,000 in a month for its developer. Another app called 2 Cross has been earing $2,000 a day. The key in iPhone app development is, it should be innovative, creative and attractive and it is a hot business today. So, get ready to make the most of it.
