Dot Com Infoway looks to expand in the U.S. market using resellers

Recession or no recession, Dot Com Infoway is going strong and is all set to expand its business empire. The company's latest expansion agenda is to foray into the U.S. IT market using resellers. Already in the process of reviewing several resellers' proposals, the company is right now on the lookout for potential resellers who can help it establish its brand in the U.S. market.

Resellers will be the key players in this expansion plan and Dot Com Infoway's prime intent would be to gain edge in the U.S. IT outsourcing market. Topping the expansion-itinerary is the Small-and-Medium Business (SMB) sector which, the company opines, has a lot of potential for information technology outsourcing.

With already well-established client-bases in the U.S., U.K., Europe and Australia, this new expansion agenda will open newer avenues and greater opportunities for the company. Brand Dot Com Infoway would gain reputation as a premier IT company offering high-quality services in cost-effective ways. Though still on the lookout for authentic, successful resellers, the company is currently in the process of reviewing the resellers' proposals it has already received.

Dot Com Infoway's Recruitment Drive at Lady Doak College

Dot Com Infoway recently conducted a recruitment drive at Lady Doak College and recruited 6 students for its various departments.

As curtain closes down on recruitment drives, and cut-backs, lay-offs and restructures cloud the corporate territory, very few companies really take up the challenge of building their workforces and increasing their staffing initiatives. Dot Com Infoway, always unique in action and ideology, has been taking a series of recruitment initiatives lately despite the industry downturns. Its recent campus drive was at Lady Doak College, one of Madurai's premier women's educational institutions with a genesis -history that dates back to 1948.

The campus drive program was a remarkable success, marked by the participation of about a hundred young graduates. Though the recruitment process comprised of the usual group discussions, personal interviews and aptitude tests, the Human Resources team of the company avoided clichés by adopting a creative and innovative approach to the talent-hunt. Candidates were also measured along lines of their interest in information technology, communicative abilities and academic profiles.
The company has recruited 6 candidates for many of its departments. The selected candidates will be joining Dot Com Infoway's Madurai office soon.

As Dot Com Infoway's MD and CEO Mr. C.R.Venkatesh opines, resource-pooling is not just a means of strengthening or stabilizing the workforce of the company, but also a preparation for meeting future requirements. This staffing initiative is of significance as it comes in the wake of the company's plans to expand globally.
